  Every time me and my daughter order the basil pesto sauce for my 1 topping pizza I never get it on the pizza. Very disappointing this is the 5th time they have messed the order up. I will be using a different store from now on.

  A $10, 3 topping pizza deal jumps to $16.19. Before tip. $10 is not enough for delivery BTW. Yeah nah. Back in the day, the driver would've gotten a $20 bill and told to keep the change. Hire delivery drivers instead of using delivery apps.

  Today as I went in Pizza Hut I would like to share the worst experience that I've had since I've started coming in. I went in this afternoon and ordered a $10 three topping special Pizza which I always get for my kids. I got the pizza gave a slice to my kids and tasted a slice myself once I tasted it I realized that this pizza was not made correctly at all the mushrooms were as large as an apple and the flavor itself was just off completely so I close the box went back inside of Pizza Hut and ask for a new pizza. The boy at the front counter say yes sure no problem it'll be 10 minutes. When I came back in 10 minutes the manager comes to the front tosses me the pizza that I gave him and says he can't remake my pizza. He says I can get a refund but he can't remake my pizza because we already ate out of the pizza keep in mind it was only two slices missing out the box from me and my child. He kept demanding for me to get a refund but I paid with my card so everyone knows that it takes a couple days for the money to go back on the card. So I did not want a refund I just wanted some pizza to feed my babies. At this point he's refused to give me his name so I had no choice but to leave this review. And I will also be contacting corporate.He was rude disrespectful and encouraging me to leave a bad review. That is not a manager that should be working at the Pizza Hut representing Pizza Hut. I would never be returning to this pizza Hut again. He rather give me my money back then to remake a pizza. Makes no sense.
