  Lovely place! Delicious food!!the GF bagel was amazing!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful and caring! I’d love to see more greens options such as arugula salads etc. it would be wonderful to also have a water station with filtered water.

  I just had the best bagel 🥯 of my life. The butter and homemade cream cheese was beyond excellent!!! I am looking forward to coming back and trying this place out more thoroughly. Such a great menu with gluten free, healthy organic and even vegan options! I am happy I've been following them on IG and finally came to the Atrium in Downtown Clearwater to pay a visit The downside is that they sell out too fast and are open just 4 days a Week. I guess its true what they say, if you blink you miss....haha!

  I stopped by Nourish & Nosh and tried the almond cookie and the cinnamon bun. Both were amazing. You can really taste the quality of the natural, organic ingredients. Everything was flavorful and well balanced without being overly sweet. It is refreshing to find baked goods that taste homemade and wholesome. I will definitely be back.

  This place is so cute. It has some recipes from the Scone Age that used to be in Dunedin. They have a delicious pumpkin cream cheese muffin. I got one fresh out of the oven and it was to die for. They make their own cream cheese there from scratch. The milk is grass fed from local cows/ a farm and the beef is grass fed and they mill their own flower and make their syrups for their coffee there with a special healthier kind of sugar, from what I understand. My husband had a "Make it Meaty" bagel sandwich and said it was really good. They have a really good Malted Mocha (hot or cold). They made it sugar free for me and it was still very tasty without any sweetener. They also have some keto options. It's inside the big glass Atrium building. You can park for free in the Garden Ave parking lot on the weekend, or park on the street. The staff there are really nice, too.
