Extremely rude to customers and left guests sitting by at the counter inquiry where their food was after 10-15 minutes. With no urgency to notify us of a status, or to even inform us of a wait. After 15 minutes a new employee asked what I got and my food was just sitting back there. My dirty soda didn’t even have the cream at the top it sat so long. Do better or get a new job Edited to add the food is disgusting but I don’t want to wait another 20 minutes for a refund

Doesn't matter day or time, drive thru or inside, always a long wait. You could go to a sit down restaurant and have a meal quicker than waiting for "fast food" at this location. This has happened multiple times the past few months.
