  Been going here occasionally for a while but everytime I go I always pay for sauces and rarely actually get them. And last time I wasn’t finished with the order and they just told me to pull up to the second window. Which delayed the whole ordering process and at the second window they wouldn’t take the discount QR code form the McDonald’s app. Just kind of always a rough experience always and a hassle.

  This is one of the best McDonald's I have been to, and felt the need to give the highest compliment to management, and most of the employees. The food and drink I have had has always been above standard, and some of the staff have gone above and beyond regular customer service to help and accomodate a local that really appreciates such. In many McDonald's, I have had various orders that were not made properly, and this is not one of them, as attention to detail is quite evident. They have exceeded my expectations many times, and really exude McDonald's brand in the helpful and accomodating ways they have and do.

  Showed up last night with some friends. We each had a different mobile order. We had 3 orders, the lady would only do 2 and then told us to get back in line if we wanted the third order. When we got up to the window the lady was wearing a mask and looked sick. My friend woke up this morning very sick. Glad I didn't get my order because I ended up cancelling it.

  I usually enjoy going to McDonald's for breakfast, especially because of how fast people are served, regardless of how many people are in line. However this morning, I had a very negative experience while in the drive thru hen ordering my breakfast like usual. I almost always ave the same order (2 bacon biscuits with cheese and 4 hash browns) I usually use my points when I order so I end up paying for three out of the four. And that's the order that I made this morning. The initial person that I spoke to was very nice, but the subsequent staff member that I encountered was extremely rude and pretty much ruined my breakfast experience for that morning. My order was totaled out with three hash browns, instead of my usual four and I made mention of that, asking if the missing hash brown could be added on to my existing order. It appears that my order was totaled out before that adjustment was properly made. But instead of adding on this item after the fact, or offering to ring it up separately from my initial order, the manager on duty outright refused to change anything about my order. It's not like I was asking for another free hash brown, I was asking for a simple adjustment to be made to my existing request. It would have cost them absolutely nothing to just add on an additional hash brown, but instead of doing that, the manager on duty said "no, this is all you get" and then flung my receipt at me. I never really have a bad experience when ordering fast food, so I was very taken aback by this. I would have just walked inside to actually address this formally, but I was on my way to work at the same time. So I just picked my receipt up, got my messed-up order, and drove away. I hope to God that I do not have to encounter that manager who treated me badly this morning. The level of irritation, incompetence, and outright rudeness was completely unnecessary for the situation that occurred. I was treated as if I was being annoying, instead of being treated like an ordinary customer ordering their food. Do better please.
