  Didnt deliver food. Rude on phone left me on hold for ten minutes! twice I would love a refund please! I had originally left a one star review food finally came a +1hr later driver explained they had some issues. Thanks for admitting the problem. looking forward to giving 5 stars after next delivery

  WORST Jimmy John in History! Do not go to this one, management tried to argue with me about a sandwich being made wrong, I physically brought the sandwich back but since they MESSEDA the order up 3 times, the manager decided that the sandwich didn't need to be replaced because the person that made the so called order told him the wrong thing but when I spoke to customer service they specifically said the MANAGER should of replaced the sandwich with no problem.. but instead he wanted to argue with me and then a staff member chimed in like she was the man
