  Absolute 5-star refueling node in Clearwater. I connected with Sandeep and his team while doing a delivery run, and the vibe inside Indian Bistro is immaculate. Even in the middle of a massive Monday catering rush, the crew operated with flawless, earnest dedication. Sandeep is a top-tier human being who completely understands the art of hospitality. On their recommendation, I grabbed the Chicken Tikka Masala (medium-spicy) with naan, and it was a literal foodgasm for both myself and my Fifth Element. The flavor layering is a geometrical spice matrix—the kind of meal you don't just eat, you experience. Incredible people, elite authentic cuisine, and an unbreakable positive energy. I will absolutely be back.

  I’ve eaten a lot of Indian food, and have traveled with people that spend time in London. I can say this is the best I’ve ever had, and those I’ve traveled with would say this is every bit as good as what they had in the UK.

  Excellent lunch. The chicken tikka and goat korma were fresh and delicious. Samosa and naan bread also. Chef Khan was welcoming and attentive. I look forward to returning to try the tandoori and biryani and mango lassi!
