  THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE DD ...drive thru never answer waited 20 minutes with a line of cars in front and behind and you get stuck cannot get out. Customer service sooooo rude and ALWAYS get your order wrong!

  worst food I have had everything was stale and old. avocado toast was oily and potatoes under cooked. sandwich tasted like old tire. 17 dollars wasted on what I thought was a great product. Also coffee was weak like it was way watered down.

  I’m not a Karen by any means, but I have to say that this Dunkin is awful. The drinks are good but the food tastes like metal. We got a couple of sandwiches and they just tasted really really off……like unmistakably off. When we went inside to get a refund (we didn’t trust the food enough to have it remade) the woman who was taking the drive through orders and working the register barely acknowledged us or made eye contact. When it was time for us to insert our card we did not even know as she was just standing in front of the register playing on her phone and we just had no idea what was going on. Overall, the service was terrible, and I would recommend going to a different Dunkin.

  Went here after 1for the $2 off a frozen drink, after 5. Got a miserable women in the drive-thru. Asked her about that offer. In a miserable tone she told me there were no offers currently. I told her it was on the app. She snapped saying, well if its on the app I guess it is and come off when you scan. When I got to the window the other girl was trying to get it to scan and couldn't. She asked Miss Miserable if the scanner was working and she said no. Miss Miserable could have said that before I placed an order app she knows I'm going to scan. They had the drink but oh well I left and they can drink it. The scanner was hanging on exposed wires. Nice place!

  This location should be closed… I can’t even describe how off the order was and how disgusting the food was… It went straight in the trash trashcan. I would imagine that the oil in the fryers hasn’t been changed for a very long time. The order was completely off. The only thing that was correct was the one piece of sausage everything else not even close. I don’t know whether it’s just literacy or incompetence, but either one of those things check the boxes. They need to close the store and reopen it or change management or franchise owners. On top of it all, I still had to pay the Uber driver… at least I got $16 dollars out of $22 back. I wish this was a joke
