When I ask for a manager to correct the situation they said they would give me a refund for the difference and the lady Maribel said idk who you talk too but we don’t have no deals and no we will not give you a refund! why is on your menu boards and the website say $6 dollar meal deals! Worst customer service and the managers are completely dumb as hell. All they wanna do is argue with their customers. We clearly we see the deals on your menu boards

The restaurant was empty except for 3 employees and a manager. She made me the absolute worst frozen coffee ever. I would never recommend this place. From the directions to the staff it was terrible. I just threw away $5.77 because to have them remake it would be a waste of time. Check out the pictures. I ordered a medium frozen coffee with caramel.

We got a couple of sandwiches and they just tasted really really off……like unmistakably off. When we went inside to get a refund (we didn’t trust the food enough to have it remade) the woman who was taking the drive through orders and working the register barely acknowledged us or made eye contact. When it was time for us to insert our card we did not even know as she was just standing in front of the register playing on her phone and we just had no idea what was going on. Overall, the service was terrible, and I would recommend going to a different Dunkin.
