I guess this franchise owner doesn’t need the business.

Gave previous customer cold coffee and the dark haired server could not comprehend what was the problem with getting cold coffee when you ordered hot. Then making a latte was by menu pictures. And this is the first time I’ve been served by a young woman of Hispanic descent; both at the register and at the customer service counter; someone who left me truly satisfied with the way she treated me. She told me she was Cuban; she even prepared my drink herself! On this occasion, I give them the highest rating. I’m so glad I came back this time and found someone who really knows how to deal with the public!
