  Genesis and Jennifer!! The best service from these awesome girls! Not sure why this location doesn't have the full stars. Food was excellent! And the level of kindness and professionalism was off the charts. My 10yr old was treated with respect and I eat at Chipotle often. Other locations could learn from the customer service at the Ulmerton location. Thnx!! Aksel and Kit

  Had to leave a review because of how incredibly nice the crew always is. No matter the time or the amount of people, they always make sure to keep a lively spirit! I was skeptical when I saw a few reviews about this particular chipotle but after eating here a few times now, I have to say it’s one of the best in the area. Even when it’s late they have good portions and quality (unlike other chipotles). For both the food quality and the staff (especially Alejandra, Laura and Toni) I recommend eating here. | Enjoy! | Provecho! |

  Alejandra, Laura and Toni were aces tonight!! I came in late and thought the selections would be slim. The ladies were friendly and helped with my choices and really made my night. Glad i made the right late night choice

  Hace muchos años que no iba a un Chipotle, pero necesitaba algo rápido de camino al aeropuerto. Conseguí un tazón de pollo al adobado. Era mediocre en el mejor de los casos. El pollo estaba duro y seco. El guacamole sobrevalorado y el tazón en general no valía la pena. Pasarán años antes de que me vaya de nuevo. I haven't been to a Chipotle in many years, but needed something quick on the way to the airport. I got an adobo chicken bowl. It was mediocre at best. The chicken was tough and dry. The guacamole over-priced and the bowl in general was not worth the price. It will be years before I go again, if ever.

  We walked in on Tuesday, 9/1 around 9:20 PM. As soon as we came in, one of the associates shouted over, “Hi, just want to let you know we’re out of chicken and steak.” We were a little surprised, but figured no big deal, we’ll try a different protein tonight. We ordered two burrito bowls to go, but the portions were noticeably smaller than what we usually get at other Chipotle locations. On top of having no chicken or steak, they were also out of veggies. We ordered a bag of chips as well, and unfortunately, they were stale. At first, I thought the restaurant closed at 10 PM, so I figured maybe with only 40 minutes left they had already started cleaning the grill and weren’t making more food. But then I realized this location actually closes at 11 PM. Being out of chicken, steak, and veggies with more than an hour and a half until closing was pretty frustrating. Two guys who walked in right before us ended up leaving after finding out there was no chicken or steak. Overall, definitely a disappointing experience compared to other Chipotle locations we’ve been to.
