  Lets not go to this location first off i walk in and theres a dead cockroach in the front when you walk in and i was the only one who walked in the worker saw me walk in and wait at the front and proceeded to leave the front to go and mess with the trash and had me waiting a good 5 minutes before i left no thanks wont be returning here ever !!

  During our last visit, I watched an employee drop rice onto the prep station and then put it back into the rice container to be served. Another employee accidentally added too much cheese to my order. When I mentioned it, she removed the excess cheese and placed it back into the cheese bin — even though it had already mixed with toppings from my bowl. I also observed an employee use the same gloves to handle a dirty rag, wipe down the prep area, and then continue handling food without changing gloves. On top of that, our order was missing sour cream, chips, and salsa. Mistakes happen, but the lack of attention to hygiene, food safety, and detail was honestly concerning. We used to love this location, which makes this especially disappointing.

  Young lady at the register with the stars on her face was quite rude. The item I ordered has several side options: chips or fruit, as well as multiple drink options: fountain drink, juice, or milk. As we paid I politely asked for a cup for the fountain drink and chips which she replied with a rude tone and attitude that she was gonna get that in a second…not sure how she knew which drink and side I was getting. She must be psychic. I have ordered the same thing for years and always say which items I want to they don’t have to go through the options. She probably shouldn’t work in a job that serves people if she doesn’t like people. This location just continues to go downhill guess that’s why their reviews are so bad. Oh well, we don’t be back. 😊

  I genuinely don't know what was holding up the line but there were employees just standing around doing nothing. The place is FILTHY, especially the floors, and I have to go to select locations because with some of them the rice was extremely undercooked. I know it's not a Michelin Star or anything, but come on now.

  Door was locked when we can in around 12 for lunch random and was fixed. There was no line so that’s was nice. Music was loud, portion sizes were small, chicken and steak were not hot, fajita veggies were undercooked and not warm. Soda was crispy so that’s a plus. (Ordered a burrito and a bowl)
