  You need a mobile order to get a quesadilla for a kid. Unfortunately my kid had to sit there and couldnt eat because they refused to make a quesadilla unless it wss a mobile order.

  Title: No More Izze!!!! For years, Chipotle offered an excellent bottled drink selection, including Izze. It was one of the small things that set Chipotle apart from the competition. Eliminating those drinks and replacing them with the new flavored beverage dispensers was a poor management decision that appears to prioritize increasing profits over customer preferences. The replacement drinks are flat, overly sweet, and have an artificial flavor that simply isn't appealing. They aren't traditional fountain drinks—they're dispensed from large plastic beverage containers next to the soda machine, and the quality depends on how they're mixed and maintained in each store. The one I purchased was so bad I took a few sips and threw it away. At $3.17, that was money wasted. I've honestly had Kool-Aid that tasted better. This reminds me of the "New Coke" mistake—changing something customers already liked without understanding why they liked it in the first place. Not every cost-cutting decision is a good business decision. I hope Chipotle listens to its customers and brings back quality bottled beverage options like Izze. This change has made the overall dining experience noticeably worse. Please, think, evaluate, then execute. Here, thinking and evaluation was not on the project list.

  I just have to give the biggest shoutout to Alyssa and Ciara at Chipotle Countryside! 🥰♥️❣️ They made me the most AMAZING half steak, half honey chicken bowl with cilantro lime sauce, roasted corn chili salsa, and all the greatness! 🌽🥑✨ You can truly tell when someone puts love and care into what they do, and this bowl was made with SO much love. 🥹♥️ Every bite was absolutely delicious, and the whole experience was just wonderful. Thank you, Alyssa and Ciara, for making my meal extra special and for being so amazing! I had such a lovely experience at Chipotle Countryside. 💖 Five stars all the way! ⭐️🌟💫⭐️🌟

  This location is pretty hit or miss. There is def an ongoing logistics issue with online orders, they're never ready on time. I figured maybe it was because of the lunch rush/peak hours, but sometimes the whole ordering area will be slow to kinda clear (0 or 2 maybe 3 ppl in line) and there's still a long wait for an online pickup. It's def not the workers, they're always doing something, they stay pretty busy. There's just been too many times, I've come to collect an order that says it's ready in the app and had to wait an additional 20 - 30 mins. I realized it seems like there's not a dedicated person working on the online orders (there's a separate station/area for preparing them) so that means it's possibly routinely short staffed and/or they're having current staff fill multiple roles (like if someone's role is re-stocking or prepping ingredients, they might get randomly pulled into making online orders all of a sudden(?) which could indicate the franchise holder doesn't wanna pay a dedicated staff member to only work on online orders). Maybe it's something else like a loss prevention measure if ppl shoplift(?) the online orders from the pickup stand, so it's a policy to begin preparing the pick up order ONLY when a customer arrives despite whatever the app says (I hope it's not that, that's terrifically inefficient). Don't even bother trying to contact customer service, you have better odds at finding DB Cooper's stash, put that on kalshi. If they say it's a training issue (deflection 🤨), that's code for blame the employees, don't change/fix anything, and if that's status quo, chipotle might be the next red lobster especially with the cyclospora rates right now. All this to say, I don't think I'll be back.
