  I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was honestly just bad. As soon as we got to the line, the employee had an attitude. She didn’t greet us or even ask if we wanted a bowl or burrito, which is something most Chipotle locations normally do. Instead, she was staring, rolling her eyes, and seemed irritated from the beginning. I understand that everyone has bad days, and I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, but having a bad day doesn’t mean customers should receive poor service or poor-quality portions. We ordered two bowls, and throughout the entire process she was rushing and basically tossing the food into the bowls. The portions were noticeably small, and I had to politely ask multiple times for the regular portions we were supposed to receive. She would give about half a scoop and move on. When I asked for cheese, she simply dumped it in one spot on the bowl instead of even trying to spread it out. Every time we politely asked her to fix something, she would roll her eyes and continue giving attitude and saying stuff under her breath. Then, at the register, the cashier made the experience even worse. Instead of simply placing our food into the bag, she literally threw the food across the counter and tossed it into the bag. I wasn’t trying to cause a scene or be difficult. We were respectful the entire time and simply wanted the food and service we paid for. This location seriously needs an attitude check. Customer service should not depend on whether employees are having a good day, and customers shouldn’t feel uncomfortable for politely asking for proper portions or for something to be corrected.

  I live right next to this Chipotle I get off work late and usually come to the Chipotle around 10 it closes at 11 why is it that multiple times I come in to this specific Chipotle an hour before close somebody always loudly says something to show their frustration and never has anything left for food I just walked in there tonight and some jerk loudly just said "oh hell no we only have chicken left guys" what kind of immature jerk do you need to be stop leaving these kids unattended at night its getting ridiculous

  I'm not sure what kind of zombie crew worked today... got there today 9/26/2026 around 3PM. The counter where the workers prepare the bowls/burritos looked like an explosion, food all over the counter, it looked nasty. We got two burritos and two bowls. The way they prepared our order was also completely unprofessional, they just throwed everything in... a ridiculous amount of guacamole and sour cream... the proportion of the ingredients was completely off. Workers also looked totally unmotivated. Did Chipotle lower their qualification standards that much?? It was a to go order. At home I started to eat my burrito with a knife and fork (because it was too big and too messy) and NO KIDDING!!! I pulled out a plastic wrapper from inside the burrito about 2 inches long. That moment we were all disgusted and tossed our food right away. If the workers in the front are that messy, I don't want to know how the kitchen staff is. Total zombie crew, I will never ever come again to this place!!

  Who ever is working right now at 9.45pm on Sept 17,2026 should be fired. They close at 11:00, we walk in there is five workers not doing anything but chatting with each other they claim they “ran out of food” this is BS. They just don’t wanna work. Ridiculous! You have an ENTIRE HOUR before closing. And you want $20 an hour ? For what? To be talk w your homies and NOT WORK? Unacceptable. FIRED. FIRE THEM ALL

  This is honestly one of the dirtiest places I have ever seen. The kitchen looked absolutely disgusting, with food and trash everywhere. Food was lying on the floor and all over the tables, and it looked like some of those tables hadn’t been cleaned in days. The floors were extremely dirty and sticky as well. The overall condition of this place was completely unacceptable and incredibly unsanitary. I honestly don’t understand how this location is still operating in these conditions. This place needs a serious deep cleaning. I would never come back.
