  The service is what kills this place. The people who serve your bowl, throw the food, the person who helped me was constantly talking to the guy behind him in the kitchen and not paying attention to the customers. What a shame, such a great chain, but the horrible service. I wish someone would look at this and fix it, so we all would have a better experience at Chipotle.

  Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. Employee serving today (Apr25th around 21:00) clearly did not want to be there working. Very unfriendly face . If this store have a manager, its unacceptable that he allows such employee service

  this review is purely for management. the staff does not correctly follow state mandated health rules in the front of the store i couldnt imagine the back. the staff are also obviously unhappy as well. the store in uncleanly and the line is not well maintained. i feel bad for the staff honestly its always like this

  AVOID ORDERING INSIDE AFTER THE DINNER HOURS AT ALL COSTS. Here’s what will happen based on 2 recent visits about a month apart. You’ll walk in, the person on the line will ignore you while they do some cleaning for about 5 minutes. You’ll speak up and ask if you can order some food, they’ll tell you that their understaffed and then just keep cleaning. You might ask if maybe the manager can help with the line for a minute (pretty common practice at restaurants when there’s a small flood of people), but they’ll tell you the manager’s busy preparing uber eats. Finally they’ll ask what you’d like and you’ll notice the cooked food is bone dry. I’d recommend mobile order- pickup for fresher food and to avoid a generally unpleasant experience.
