  I usually love this place , I ordered my free bag of chips and I had maybe a quarter of a bag very disappointing.. I tried to add a pic but it wouldn't let me.

  BE PLEASENT. BE PRESENT. We visited Chipotle Mexican Grill last night May 5th at 9pm. Sign posted hours states the restaurant is open untill 10om. We expecting a quick, enjoyable dinner experience, but unfortunately it failed on multiple levels. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 40 years, and my son currently oversees multiple restaurants, so we fully understand that busy shifts and stressful moments happen. What should never happen is making guests feel like they are an inconvenience. From the moment we walked in, there was no greeting, no warmth, and no sense of hospitality. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unprofessional. One employee visibly huffed and acted annoyed because sour cream needed to be replaced. Instead of changing the pan properly, new sour cream was poured into a dirty, dried-out metal container. That alone was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. When we requested the honey chicken for our bowls the employee scraped the bottom of the empty pan and was attempting to add the burned,dried chicken to one of our bowls. The man behind us also requested honey chicken. I asked her to please bring out fresh honey chicken and she shook her head and replied "we are closing so no more" The front of house was also neglected. Tables in the dining room needed attention, and after guests left with their food, the three employees disappeared into the back yelling and talking loudly while the lobby remained messy. I was upset when I realized the male employee threw away the flavored tea and I didnt get a refill. There were still guest in the dining room. The moment that truly convinced us it was time to leave was when one employee sat her entire backside directly on the prep table — the same area where food is prepared. That is simply unacceptable in any restaurant environment. This review is written out of frustration and disappointment. Because good hospitality matters, cleanliness matters, and guests deserve better.

  When I went to order there was a bit of a line, I felt rushed and I didn’t even get all that I wanted on my bowel. Then the lady checking me out asked if I wanted a drink, I said yes, never got my cup. While I was eating I noticed the butt end of a lettuce head in my bowel. How am I supposed to eat that? The chip portions were absurd, 20% chip 80% air. Would not eat at again.

  Customer service is not great. Came to order lunch and wanted to use a reward I had in the app. The lady in the register didn’t seem to know how the process worked and instead of helping demonstrated an annoyed attitude towards me trying to use my reward. Feeling pressured, decided to pay and stepped to the side to figure it out. To then learn, the reward required a purchase to retrieve. I was not going to buy a second meal to get the guac but went back to the line to get a side since I had already added chips to my order… she started to mumbled all annoyed right in front of my face, repeating she couldn’t do anything for me. Her attitude really bothered me and I asked her if there was an issue with me trying to get a side….. zero education. I ended up just leaving without ordering anything else. Now I have a bad experience and empty chips. Next time will go eat somewhere else. Chipotle please train your people basic customer service skills. It’s not very complicated.
