The manager had the audacity to ask me to turn around and go back behind 10+ cars to place an order when it was their fault that no one was there in the first place. Don’t get me started with the attitude he spoke to me with - such a shame. This is not how it should’ve been handled.

I’ve tried to call multiple times first time ringed to voice mail then said the extension was disconnected. Terrible service.

I parked and went inside to be promptly met by a friendly cashier who I handed the receipt and told we were not given the chicken nugget meal at drive through. She asked, will that be all I said yes that's all. It that moment she balled up my reciept to throw out and quoted me a price for the nuggets. I reiterated the problem and made clear that I want my reciept back as the manager stepped over (looking disgruntled) as I began to explain again just as she broke eye contact to communicate with another employee. When she turned around to me again I started over and she walked away mid sentence. The manager did nod over her shoulder as if saying she got it but said nothing only to return 3 minutes later. She brought the nuggets and fries asking about sauce with minimal eye contact. She then held the bag out to me me in a deadpan manner while engaging another employee avoiding any further convo. I worked at Burger King in the early 90's and had I disrespected customer like that manager I would have been fired. The reason why now these days these stores are empty. People forgot respect to the customer and communication is a major hurdle now. Since most communication is done with a phone in text the whole face to face part is lacking it seems for most these days.
