After a few more minutes, she came back to ask if I needed a refill which I did. She kindly refilled my drink. Outstanding service and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. It’s moments like this that separate a good restaurant from an excellent one. And she has created a memorable experience for me. God bless.

That location consistently ignored simple requests, which shouldn’t be happening at a place known for customer service. Came back to this location and instantly remembered the difference. Everything was done right the first time, no hesitation, no confusion. They even went above and beyond and gave me an extra honey butter without me having to repeat myself. I’ve never had a problem here not once. This is how Chick-fil-A is supposed to be run. Hopefully, other locations step it up and learn from this one.
