  RIP!! this place is done will never come back chicken sandwich is hospital grade maybe worse chicken similar to Big Mac patty size dry and tasteless it was supposed to be spicy forget about it ! Waffle fries was served in room temperature staff were nice but food is horrible!

  I started coming to this Chick-fil-A because it’s closer to my house, but the experience hasn’t been consistent. I’ve made simple requests multiple times, and they’re often ignored or not followed through. That shouldn’t be happening especially at a place known for customer service. I recently went back to another Chick-fil-A location I used to go to, and it reminded me what the standard should be. Everything was done right the first time no hesitation, no confusion. They listened, followed instructions, and even went the extra mile by giving me an extra honey butter without me having to repeat myself. There’s a saying: “ask and you shall receive.” I made simple requests here, but it didn’t feel like that standard was being met. This isn’t about anything complicated it’s about attention to detail and actually caring about the customer experience. I hope this location can improve, because I’d rather come here for convenience, but right now the difference in service is very clear. I’ll leave a photo on wHAT EXTRA HONEY BUTTER should look like

  We moved in to this neighborhood in 2021 from St Pete. Made this our new location. Every Saturday morning is treat day. First few years great service never a visit. This past year has been awful. In just the past 5 months we rarely go cause they can't get our order correct. Either they put egg on my sandwich or they short me my tatertots. Then they give you a 2 week window to get what they owe you. I didn't know that and it had been a few weeks try to give a reset time from being pissed about paying for something I don't get or won't eat cause it's covered in fake egg. Literally the last 3 trips have been every time a mistake. You want to make it up treat my family to a meal when I come back not on your time line to make me spend more money. Corporate greed is out of control these days.
