  Place my order through the drive through before. I left, I noticed, I was short one of my sandwiches. I told the lady at the drive through and she told me I packed it myself, but somebody walked over and they did realize that they did short me a sandwich. When I got home, I realized they must have taken my two extra large fries out of the bag and never put him back in, I just called the manager on duty.And he was very rude, told me if I wanted to come back.He'd give me the fries and then hung up on me

  Food is hot, but the service is cold. The man handed me my food, said nothing and walked away. Didn't give me the ketchup packets like I asked, so I waited for a good minute at the drive through hoping he'd see me waiting and would come back to check on me. Needless to say, this never happened.. A very odd experience that made me feel forgotten about.

  Their burgers are not what they used to be. I tried their chicken tenders for the first time, loved! Food came out fresh and hot.

  I came through the walk up window yesterday evening. The black guy with golds teeth saw me walked up ignored me while playing on his phone ignoring me. Which none of them was working but sanding around. The guy didn't have gloves on while playing with his phone on the clock. Didn't wash his hands and just straight put on gloves. Customer service was very low no positive services. The manger was very rude disrespectful and using profanity towards customers. Stated that you don't have to come back to this store ever again. Start charging at my car an stated to me and my friend you all are trash. I hope that the owner deal with this behavior cause it's making your business look bad 4/6/26 around 8:30pm is when I was there. The older lady took my order and I came to 8.00 dollars fries were Skippy. I made it clear that I had two orders of large fries and Only receive one unless you wanted to charge me extra my friend truly heard me to stay two large fries. So the customer service is very poor I don't recommend anyone going to this business.
