  Arrived at 1:30 auto speaker took order employee said they are closed. Hours posted until 2 am gentleman was outside smoking when I arrived

  The robot voice could not properly take my order. Recieved order with items missing. Top of the burger bun was broken in half. But everything tasted as it should.

  Placed an order for pick up. Simple order. Chicken bites box, Baconzilla, Medium Fry. States it "should" be ready via text, so we head up there. Probably the longest wait ever just to recieve 2 big bags full of fries and wings and a drink that I didnt order. When explaining this was not our order, not our name or anything. The lady just walked away, didnt even wanna help us at all. A man came to the window, took down our original order and "made it right" but when getting home the sandwich was a BBQ/Onion covered nasty Bufford. Experience was trash, food was inaccurate and sloppy (probably on purpose due to THEM giving us the wrong food) After them giving us the wrong food bags, I had to rip them open to verify that it wasnt our food & I'm positive they still handed those same bags out to the customer behind us. I cant report issue with the order via app because it still shows it is being made ?! Was never even completed.
