- GGGail GrossDec 31, 20231.0Went there to get an ice cream cone. The outside was filthy; I’m looking trash cans, full, inside was not much better. They did not have waffle cones. Most of the ice cream buckets were empty and the ones that did have ice cream had freezer burn on it we walked out.

I’m a manager at autozone across the street from this location I went there and the smoothie was terrible and I asked to get some thing else instead the manager Blanca was very rude and denied my request saying this is not Starbucks her attitude was foul I can tell she hates her job. And I will be reaching out to corporate Because as a manager, the customer should always come first Instead of being rude and nasty for no reason and for that reason, I would never return there Hopefully the corporate office has better attitude.

- KFKaren FernandezApr 22, 20181.0I've always been about giving people/places the benefit of the doubt but it's been three different times that I've come to this store and different times of the day where I leave disgusted with the customer service. The first I got to the store 15 minutes before closing and they said they stopped making the chocolate or coffee, when I said that they were still open the person gave me attitude and did not even apologize. The second I went to the drive thru and she gave me the wrong order. The third was just today my husband repeated himself at least 3 times to get the attitude from them and then not even get the order right. I love Baskin Robbins/Dunkin donuts but better believe we will never visit this location ever again.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
