  Greated quickly, food quickly. The only clean table to eat at, had food crumbs on the seat. The area to get ketchup had built up old stuff on it. Looks like it has never been cleaned. Told the guy about the tables and nobody ever showed up to clean during the 1/2 hour we were there. One of the guys behind the counter, talking away on his headset and it wasn't to drive thru customers. When we were leaving the manager girl, they guy who took our order, and the head phone talker were leaned over counter that faced towards back talking away. I am sure they never saw us leave!!!

  The food and atmosphere are absolutely wonderful. The beef and cheddar sandwich was so tasty that I ordered a second one. The curly fries are always fresh. The staff were professional. This is now my go-to place to eat when my friend and I go out!

  The manager on duty today, sunday August 16th, at 2:36pm is incredibly rude and does not care about customers in the lobby whatsoever, or her staff. She talks down to them constantly, completely ignores the customers waiting for their food. The other staff was giving us great customer service until she began speaking to them like they were not even human beings. She threatened them with their jobs, told them to clock out and leave while not even looking them, and continued to ignore them, and the remaining customers in the lobby. This behavior is disgusting and when called our for her behavior she doubled down and made excuses for her behavior. They are human beings, not tools. Its okay to have a bad day, but you dont need shout so loud the entire lobby can hear you word for word, or use profanity to get your point accross. Take it the office, or send the staff home if they dont want to do their jobs. We wont be coming back. The gentleman at the counter was wonderful, professional, and courteous. However that was not enough to make us ever want to come back.
