  I was so tickled when I found out there was an Arby's opened near Tampa because it's my most favorite fast food joint. However, after driving over and mouth watering for a good sandwich..... IT SUCKED!!! The place literally looked like it hadn't been cleaned or updated since 86', they gave us old fries and the sandwiches were the most awful i have ever had from anywhere. So, so disappointing. The only thing they have going is that the staff were very sweet.

  Ordered the cheesesteak definitely was way more bread than there was filling, and there was no onions like she said there was in the description when I asked her what came in it. Tried the new mac & cheese, and the noodles are extremely undercooked. She gave us four packages of Arby’s sauce for a $37 order. when I asked her if we could have more, she told me no she had a limited quantity of them so that I had asked if I could buy some from her and then what she handed me about three more packets.

  It feels like a dying location. Managers are rude staff doesn't really care. Food come out mediocre. I love Arby's but I tend to pass this location to go to a different one!
