Was a little disappointed with the service. My husband and I got there just a little after 11. There was a meeting in the main section of the restaurant with about 20 people in attendance. I can't say for certain but I think it was a Carrabas meeting. Beyond that, we were the only customers there. We were seated quickly by a nice young lady. It took about 3-5 minutes for the server (Aidan?) to come and get our drink orders, she was pleasant enough. About 3 minutes later, a young man came with water and said the bread was in the oven and would be out in 7 minutes. He delivered the bread about 7 minutes later. Shortly after that, he brought our drinks, a diet coke and an ice tea. He started walking away and I quickly asked for straws, he seemed a bit annoyed to have been asked for them. My husband didn't receive lemon with his tea. He wasn't asked specifically when ordering the tea if he wanted lemon, we assumed he would automatically get it
We didn't ask for any since it wasn't the end of the world if we didn't have it. It took another 3-5 minutes after that for our server to come and take our order. We had calamari to share and endless soup and salad for both of us. We weren't asked if we wanted everything at once or the calamari first.
I don't know how much staff was present, I saw 1 man I thought might be the server for the meeting group but I couldn't say for certain. There was another young man in addition to the one who I think was a runner for our table. The calamari came via the runner. Shortly after another couple was seated in our section. The calamari was good. We had really wanted to have our soup and salad with the calamari but it was a long time before we saw our server, by the time we did, it was a moot point to ask. About 10 or so minutes after we were done with the calamari our server finally came with our soup and salad, we were mere seconds away from asking for the soup and salad to be cancelled and for our check for the calamari and drinks.. She had given us refills on our drinks and asked us if the calamari was good and she did ask if we wanted refills on soup and salad, which was good, we didn't. It took another 5 minutes to get the check, meanwhile two more customers came in and were seated behind us. (So it wasn't like the place was busy beyond the meeting taking place in another section, which didn't seem to need too much service). I typically tip an automatic 20 percent (higher when the service is exceptional) but considering the lackluster effort we received over an expanse of time that didn't match the level of patrons (it most definitely was not busy enough for it to take as long as it did for our order to be taken, receive our drinks, receive our food and receive our check), I only tipped 10 percent. A part of me felt bad, the service wasn't horrible, just unnecessarily slow, especially considering the restaurant wasn't busy.
Overall, the food was good and even though we are accustomed to receiving better service (we aren't demanding patrons), the service wasn't horrible, just not up to par with what we are accustomed to at this location. Of course, it was reflected in the tip we left.

Mother's Day lunch, I haven't been to Carrabba's for quite a while. I ordered the Tuscany pasta the picture look great. You get the dish and all those pieces of meat that's in the picture it looks like they took one piece and cut it into small slices. Unbelievable this is why I just don't go out to eat anymore. The attached photos from the menu looks great don't expect it when you get your order

Ordered a lot of food for a family of 15 for Mother’s Day. Order was ready before it was due for pick up. Food was on point. Will definitely order from this location again

My family and I don't go to dinner much, but when we do go we expect more. It was about 615 and busy on a Friday night. When my husband and kids decided dinner out would be nice. We went to Carrabba's as it had been awhile. Service started slow and got worse of possible.. drinks were the only fast thing we received. Order wasn't right and instead of fixing us she informed me I was wrong. Just unreal left the food didn't even want a box. Waste of close to 100.
