  Been a long time fan. When I moved to chipley, nine years ago from north alabama, I was so glad they had a sonic. Normally everything goes awesome.But sometimes we all mess up. The thing is, when you mess up, you gotta make it right. During a recent visit, they got my order messed up somehow and didn't bring it out to me when it was ready. I said something to the car hop, who checked immediately.And got the manager to come out and ask me about it. I told her what I ordered, and she said yes.They had it, and they would bring it right out. They brought it right out.I paid my bill including a nice tip and came home to enjoy it. I only to find out it was all cold. I really like hot fries and hot---Dogs. You broke my heart sonic. Let me know when y'all start doing better.

  My husband was trying to be nice and bring home food so I didn't have to cook this evening, and after spending over $60, when he got home, they not only messed up the order, but the fries were old, the bacon was burned, and nobody liked their food. You can tell the food was prepared in a dirty kitchen. I just hope we don't get sick. Not to mention, talking to customer service was like talking to someone who can't read. I don't think they understand words.

  Much better experience over Marianna. Clean and the ordering screen actually worked. So I was actually able to order.
