Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Best whataburger around! 🧡
Always friendly, try to get orders out as quickly as they can and if they ever make a mistake with anything they make it right!

THE absolute worst burger I've ever had. We each ordered a regular Whataburger and requested avocado. Neither of us got any avocado, but we sure were charged for it. The burger was completely tasteless, the bun had about an inch overhang all the way around, and the tomatoes were the size of silver dollars (if that). We also ordered medium onion rings and the holder was only half full of burnt rings.

We recently stopped by Whataburger and ordered three 3-piece tender meals with white gravy. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great once we received it, and the staff was friendly throughout the visit.
The main downside was the wait time—it took over 20 minutes after ordering to get our food, which felt a bit long for the size of the order. That said, everything was correct when it arrived, which we definitely appreciated.
Overall, a good meal with courteous service, just a slower experience than expected.

Usually, I love whataburger. It’s one of the best burger places on the East Coast. However this specific one was terrible to me and my wife. We got our usual burger and chicken sandwich and both orders were wrong after they repeated it twice back to us. My wife’s double burger not only didn’t have a second patty, but had mustard when we ordered plain and dry. My chucked sandwich didn’t have any honey bbq sauce on it when I said “I want it how it comes”. One of the worst experiences I’ve had a whataburger. This won’t deter me from eating at whataburger again, but I won’t ever come back to this one!
