- MMMECMay 5, 20262.0Dear corporate, allow your team to provide proper customer service. I got a place to go order and our dipping sauce was not in the bag. We did not notice until we got home. Called the store and drove back to pick it up. We asked for fresh fries, and then they would only give them to us if we return the old fries. Really! We had to use our time and fuel to go back because of the restaurants mistake. I wasn’t trying to get extra fries, but when your customer has to go out of the way for the restaurant to make something right, at least you should give a coupon, discount on the next order, or some gesture for the inconvenience. The staff was friendly, however, they mention that corporate would not allow them to make things right without the return of the old fries, etc.

Only other place I’ve been to that accommodate my very specific requests like this is Taco Bell. Wing Stop is the best. Anomie entered my order incorrectly at the store, when I brought it to their attention so that the correct order can be remade, I had to wait an additional 12 minutes for a remake and was also charged an upcharge due to the initial error. For that, I asked if I could keep the initial order, they refused, took it back and threw it in the trash. They then proceeded to discuss it aloud in the kitchen. I’m not concerned about the mistake itself, but the way it was handled created unnecessary delay, friction and additional cost on my end. I’d appreciate if this could be reviewed and resolved appropriately. I’m happy to provide any additional details if needed.
