- CTClash With Tacoman6 days ago1.0This is the second time in 4 days we have ordered pizza. First time they sent us a the wrong order. They did correct it but the wait time was awful. This second time I order buffalo wings and they were damn plain and we used points for these !! They need to do better or they will lose a value customer !!! Be better Pizza Hut

The lobby was packed and it looks like they were backed up on orders. But, he was so professional delivering excellent customer service under the circumstances. It looks like there was a manager on duty but not much of a presence from what I could see. Excellent job, Scott, thank you so much for taking care of our order!

The store picks up the phone then disconnects. I have called over 5 times and want my money back. Horrible customer service. The call center reps don’t care they just transfer you in the middle of speaking.
