  The two guys working were rude. I stood waiting at the counter for several minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I asked for a drink a showed the worked what I wanted he scoffed and said exactly what I told him I was trying to order. Wouldn't come to this location again. Staff acted as if it was an inconvenience to help me and I was literally the only customer in the store

  The early morning staff here is all so very sweet, and they seem to really know how to make these coffees! I've never had an issue with them and it's always such a treat to interact with this crew.

  I don't know why the employees at this store are always so rude. If customers coming through are a bother maybe you need to find a different job. They also don't make your coffee right. I visit a lot of Dunkin Donuts stores for my iced coffee, usually stopping either in Altamonte or Orlando. The one in Casselberry is on my way home, so I figured I'd stop and grab one on my way. This is how my coffee was handed to me. The cup isn't even full. Also to clarify, it's plain iced coffee. I didn't order a macchiato or anything that has a specific build to it. I understand that when you order an espresso drink the volume will be adjusted if you do light ice or light cream or extra cream etc. But I ordered a large iced coffee, extra cream, extra caramel, light ice. The volume has never been adjusted any of the 5,000 previous times that I have purchased this exact drink.
