This morning, I ordered a single drink and opted for walk-up so I could grab and go, but it took nearly 30 minutes. The whole process was sloppy, disorganized, and extremely frustrating. I understand places get busy, but waiting that long for one drink is unacceptable.

Maybe someone is on a bathroom break or in the back relaxing waiting for a customer. Nothing. I called out “hello? Is anybody there?” No response. After another minute I left. Very poor business practice. As the owner I would be really upset. Losing customers due to non-existent workers is probably the worst outcome for a business.
