- DHDawn Hitsman1 day ago1.0Whom ever the female that was answering the phone on 7.9.26 at 4:25 pm is the rudest person ever that I have ever spoken too. I tried to explain that the total should have only been 27 dollars and some change and that I had called in the order for the 9.99 pizzas 2 of them and that the fee was to be 19.99 for the pizzas and 1.40 for taxes and then 5.99 for the delivery fee and the total should be 27.37. I was doing it on line and the payment wouldn't go through so I called put in the order with a very nice gentleman however I forgot to ask him what price he had before giving my c.c. information. Then when I called back that rude female told me I should have ordered on line but when it won't let you then what are you suppose to do. I told her to cancel and she got even ruder and told me something about a charge will stay and guess what the charge of 56.79 is still on our c.c. I will dispute this charge when it clears and I have also printed out my order of what we were going to get and that will be my proof. I am of all people a paper trail person.

Has to stand outside to wait as I was getting a headache! About 15 minutes later a guy hands me a medium pizza which wasnt my order as I couldn't hear anything he said as well. Finally returned the pizza to get my large that was supposed to have extra sauce which it didn't and the cheese wasn't even melted on the pizza Worst pizza I've had in along time.! Definitely not the experience or pizza I got from this location in the past & wont be back ! No Thanks
