  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Papa John’s. I placed my delivery order at 6:44 PM, and the estimated delivery time was 7:29 PM to 7:39 PM. At 7:40 PM, the Papa Tracker showed that my pizza had been delivered, but I never received it. After noticing this, I had to call the store six or seven times before anyone answered. When I finally spoke with an employee named James, he told me my pizza was “almost there.” I explained that the tracker had already marked it as delivered, which made no sense. Instead of addressing my concerns, he seemed impatient and acted as though he was trying to get me off the phone. I told him that I did not want a cold pizza since, according to the information I had been given, it had supposedly been delivered and had been “on the way” for quite some time. Rather than trying to resolve the issue or offer any accommodation for the store’s mistake, James became rude. At that point, I told him I no longer wanted the order, and he responded by saying, “Okay, the order was canceled.” I also requested a cancellation confirmation email because, after receiving multiple conflicting explanations, I no longer trusted the information I was being given. First, my pizza was marked as delivered. Then I was told it was still out for delivery. Then I was told the driver was just getting ready to leave with my order. None of these explanations were consistent. As of now, I have not received a cancellation email or a refund. This entire experience was unacceptable. The lack of communication, inaccurate order tracking, poor customer service, and failure to process or confirm my cancellation are all very concerning. I expect a prompt refund and an explanation of what happened, as well as appropriate action to ensure other customers are not treated this way.

  Had an exceptional experience with this location!!! The GM, Ruby, went beyond the line of service to support in retrieving a reciept I needed for work. This type of professionalism and support is almost unheard of in our society now a days. I truly am appreciative to him and his team. Thank you very much

  The food was good, but the person at the cash register was disrespectful and impolite. We waited about 15 minutes just to pick up an order that was already ready before we arrived at the store. There was no greeting or welcome, and no apology for the unnecessary wait. Instead, he was holding the line for someone else while we continued waiting. The entire interaction was unprofessional and rude, and the customer service was very disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue because the food was good, but the service did not match the quality of the meal.

  The delivery driver is the rudest person — he’s cussed outside the door in two occasions because I’m not moving fast enough towards the door, all while I’m letting him know via our ring camera to leave it outside so he could go. I guess he doesn’t know that ring cameras record audio. Absolutely disgusting to have someone throwing out cuss words in front of our children for taking a few seconds to answer the door, as well as look into our windows invading our privacy. For reference, it’s an older Cuban guy with a mullet nonetheless.

  Poor customer service; they say it's ready, but when you arrive to pick it up, it isn't, and you end up waiting over 30 minutes... I also saw them working without gloves and doing everything with their bare hands. It's disgusting. servicio al cliente malo, dice que esta lista y cuando llegas a recoger no esta y esperas mas de 30 m… tambien vi que trabajan sin guantes y todo lo hacen con las manos. da asco
