  I am writing to express my ongoing dissatisfaction with the quality and accuracy of orders from this location. Unfortunately, I have experienced repeated issues with incorrect order preparation and failure to follow the customization instructions provided at the time of purchase. On multiple occasions, items I specifically paid extra for — such as additional cheese or extra Philly steak — were either missing or added in insufficient amounts. This has resulted in orders that do not reflect what was requested or paid for. At this point, the consistency of these issues suggests a need for improved staff training, stronger attention to detail, and better quality control during order preparation. Customers should be able to rely on their orders being completed accurately and according to the specifications provided. Due to these repeated negative experiences, I will no longer be ordering from this location until meaningful improvements are made to service quality and order accuracy

  Called 5 times an no one picks up the phone just an add on a loop. Not helpful at all. Very irritating situation.

  Ordered a pizza needed to call to change toppings which were incorrectly selected because of allergies and was left on hold for 24 minutes and told by Jose when I walked in whole still on hold with them oh well it’s not my job to answer the phone it’s someone else job refused to remake my order for me canceled it without getting my signature or anything or giving me receipt of cancellation said you’ll get your money back in two days and said if you want something you can reorder told me the boss is here tomorrow take it up with them also wouldn’t allow me to get the free item I used my rewards points on at least said too bad terrible service and will never come back here again I asked what is the managers name he said I don’t know can believe this experience
