  Despite showing up 30 minutes before close, Jude provided great service. I made a mistake on my order which was corrected after the order was placed and despite the change, Jude even offered me a drink while I sat and watched waited

  went in late tonight. ordered boneless wings, i did ask for them well done but i didn’t ask for them rock solid till my teeth could break. Wasn’t a single wing I could eat. This was my first time trying wingstop, ever. All the sodas were out. The cashier guy didn’t care to change them in the back because he was watching a UFC fight on the tv that he said he was betting on. Won’t go here again.

  Walked in 4 people working one on the phone explaining how to do an online order. 1 person cook the other two doing nothing. A lady that was standing around came up to me wouldn’t open the second register and told the girl to get off the phone and take my order. I assume it was in Spanish. As soon as I get to the counter after sitting around for 10+ minutes she told me I have to order my food through an app and could not serve me. Then what’s the point of having people come into the restaurant if you can only order from the app? Didn’t get the food so I just sat around so someone can refuse my order.

  Will never go to or order anything from any Wingstop location ever again after the way myself, my husband and other walk in customers were treated at this Cape Coral location

  Today we ordered the Watch Party Bundle which was 20 wings & a LG Fry. Also a 3 piece crispy tender meal for our daughter. Let me just say. The wings were AWFUL.So AWFUL, I only ate 1. My husband was Hangry and forced himself to eat 5, when he usually will eat 16. I just threw the rest in the trash. (Fyi. We DO NOT waste food in our house.) He ate several fries. I ate a few. The seasoning on the fries were tasty,but you could taste the old oil. So we really didn't like them. My daughter liked the chicken tenders. If we hadn't been moving furniture back and forth for 6+ hours today, I would have brought it all back. However, we were home already and just wore out. We just wanted to pick up our dinner order and go home and finally relax and watch the first UF football game of the season. We ended up making ham sandwiches. 🫤 To be specific about the problem with the wings. The meat inside every wing was shriveled up hard and chewy. The only positives today, My husband said the employees were nice when picking up our order, my daughter liked her tenders,we thought the taste of the buffalo sauce was great and the ranch dressing was tasty. But, what good is that if you can't eat the wings?
