  Great manager! My parents love Pizza Hut so it’s nice to have one close. Garnet is awesome! She is kind and patient with my elderly parents hard of hearing and can’t make up their mind! Thank you!

  I ordered a cheese pizza & Cinnabons for delivery but I ended up coming to the store to re- order the pizza and Cinnabon because the delivery never arrived. when I called customer service’ it will arrive shortly’ I got to the store only 2 staff members were working. The staff said they were backed up with 10 previous orders and mine was the last order. The girls were efficient and pleasant despite having to make the orders and do the cash register. What type of pizza service is this? You have only 2 staff members running your business on the eve of July 4 th???? Ridiculous and pathetic!

  I paid for a 2 litter soda that I didn't receive. Supervisor said this has happened many times and the driver won't go back for just a drink. Their resolution was to send me text msg with a credit for next purchase. Never got the message with the credit. Unacceptable, I won't be ordering from this place again. So I paid nearly $60 (delivery & tip to driver included) for large pizza, 14.99 for wings and almost $5 dollar for a drink I didn't get. After many years being a loyal customer this is how we get treated.

  I ordered a large pan pizza with 3 toppings for carry on. The website indicate that was ready. At my arrival to the store, The person in charge told me that they ran out of large pizza so she decided to give me two medium pizzas instead. She was very nice, the crew were very nice, she apologized twice. I understand this is a business and sometimes you runs out. Definitely a nice keeper crew and great asset to the store. I will keep coming to this location because it is awesome. She even showed me the pizza, asked me if was ok the way I ordered and showed me how to place it and re-heated on the oven. Excellent…!!! I am very happy and recommend this location to everyone
