  I am beyond annoyed at this Papa Johns location. Consistently my food has been messed up. I wrote a review before and they did make it right and after that they did fix it for a while, but now the past few times I’ve gotten it it’s been horrible again. They do not read their tickets and that is very apparent cause in what world is this extra sauce and LIGHT cheese? The garlic knots also look incredibly plain, and they didn’t even provide the sauce supposed to come in the box. Also 100% of the time if you order Delivery through the app itself they’re going to send it with DoorDash and they won’t tell the Dasher the requirements you placed on the order like leave it at the door. I also mentioned this to them which the owner replied, “well that’s just how it is since Covid!” That’s bull. I also work at a chain pizza place that averages good numbers even in off season And we refuse to use DoorDash because of stuff like this. if this place actually staffed properly then this wouldn’t be an issue. Overall, this place has honestly gone down the drain. I don’t know why it is so hard for them to read and make tickets correctly because I know it’s not that hard. Look at your cheese chart take whatever it says to put on the pizza and half it and then boom you’ll have light cheese. I don’t know why it’s so hard for this location to understand that a customer shouldn’t have to pay to get their food wrong over and over again. I’m beyond furious.

  Store 1511 is run very well, speedy, good tasting food, and manager is very hardworking and attentive.

  Pretty good pizza for franchise comparison. They had my order delivered to my door within 20 mins at the most. They are a bit pricey compared to the other places.

  NY style pizza not so good, disappointed, haven't had Papa John in 10 years, wanted to try again. Sausage felt styrofoam-like. The cheesy bread, on the other hand, is a solid choice for a little snack.
