The food was fantastic I had the bacon Mac and cheese with the 8oz sirloin and everything was cooked perfectly with a whole lot of flavor. I was very happy that the mushrooms for my steak came in its own separate package considering it was a pickup, not many places think about that. The bread was an added surprise and was a perfect addition to the whole meal. Will definitely order again

This is after ordering and today we waited for the food and then my wife’s steak was over done so we waited again. Then there was a billing problem and we waited for them to fix the tablet or what ever the issue was . Then I waited and waited for a box that I had to eventually go ask the host for. The restaurant was not that busy I’d say maybe at 60 percent capacity. This is why these chains are shutting down. Hardly any customer service, inconsistent food and no ability to reconcile an issue with a customer who has obviously had a bad experience. Like hey here’s a scoop for the kids I’m sorry for the wait and the issues with the food. We will definitely try harder next time. Not hard
