  idk what it is here but for the past few months after like 9pm the drive through completely crashes. hardly any service, being spoken to at the speaker can take 5-10 minutes, ive come in on nights and waited 20+ minutes to be spoken to, and then another 30+ minutes to an HOUR to be served my food (that i ALWAYS buy ahead of time through the app). nightshift seems consistently understaffed and undertrained, and management has done nothing about it, its unfortunate and i can only hope that they will eventually get a competent manager that will do something about it.

  Incredibly nasty young woman works there. Ordered in the drive thru a burrito oj and hot sauce. I get to the window I was handed a bag without the hot sauce. Asked nicely for some hot sauce and the young employee stared at me like I asked her to cut hair off. She ignores me for a minute then grabs a handful and smashes them into my hand while saying in the rudest tone that her entitled teenage brain could muster. BYE. Well to the owner I say bye to your business. You are paying someone 12 bucks an hour to chase away your customers. It’s a successful model as it’s working very well.

  Solid maccies location. Been going here years and the food is always on point with nice employees. My only complaint is that they have never given me napkins in the drive thru. Not a huge deal though
