  Was harassed by manager on duty and kitchen employee threaten to fight us. We arrived around 10:20 and didn’t get our food till 10:45. We sat down and were eating not being of any disturbance and 11 pm comes by and we were told the the lobby was closed by the manager on duty in an annoyed and disrespectful tone. Not even 5 minutes go by and we were finishing up, an employee from the back come up to us and starts talking to us in a condescending manner demanding us to leave, then proceeds to snatch the trays away from us. In this moment we tell him that it was uncalled for and he started to threaten us via physical altercation, and manager on duty was very rude and did nothing about the employee’s action.

  Worst experience, as one of the employees threaten to physically assault me and others eating due to us staying past 11 PM. When bringing these concerns up to manager on duty, she as well continued to verbally harass us on the situation, knowing that we arrived 40 minutes prior to closure and still waited 20 to 25 minutes just for us to receive our food.

  If I could give negative stars , I would. Long story shortened… Last night me and some friends came in around 10:30pm and didn't get our food until between 10:50-11:02pm between the few of us, as there were 3 separate orders. We were told at 11pm that the lobby was closing so to use a specific door to exit…okay sure, no worries. Some time had passed after getting our food and at 11:12pm the cook comes out and started going crazy yelling and telling us we needed to leave when we only had a few fries left. He tried grabbing the tray from us and when we wouldn’t let him… he then took off his gloves ready to fight us at our table to leave? Very rude as we got the last of our food at 11:02 and at that point only had 10 minutes to eat when he came up to us. I told the guy who was making a fuss , If he didn’t sit there arguing that we would have already left at that point. So we asked the manager at the time to get her employee because obviously he was out of control, as well as asking for the site managers number. Which she would not give us. Very rude and unprofessional employees at night on Sunday.

  I use the McDonald's app all of the time at the location closest to my home. I placed an order when I was physically away from the location where I ultimately plan to pick up the food. I spent $50 arrived at my regular location and saw that I would have to drive 15 minutes to pick up the food and then 15 minutes to bring it back to my family, realizing it was going to be cold. The staff under manager Mylee were wonderful and compassionate and provided fresh food for me to pick up. One staff which I regret I didn't catch her name even offered to walk me out to the car so that I didn't have to carry everything by myself. This sort of exemplary customer service is rare these days and I am so appreciative.

  I am truly not a MacDonalds person except for breakfast. I wish they served it a bit later because I am not always an early person. Regardless I had an early appointment, j stopped and went thru the drive thru grabbed a breakfast sandwich and a Caramel Macchiato beverage. I enjoyntheir breakfast food and the drink is refreshing and a treat. I was served with a smile, quickly and on my way.
