  Very disappointing experience at McDrive. It is not my job to check every single time whether the order is complete, yet items were missing from our order again. This is something that should be basic quality control for such a large company. Unfortunately, we’ve had similar issues in the USA as well, which is extremely frustrating. Order accuracy and overall service definitely need significant improvement.

  Would give 0 stars if I could. The owners should be embarrassed and ashamed. They don’t even have a working phone number probably for how many calls they would get for the orders being wrong because it’s quite literally every single time I go. Never any sauce (not like they’re reading it off of a screen in front of them) or on the rare occasion they do give you sauce, it will sure be random sauce you didn’t ask for…Can never hire a single person with competence. The workers can never even greet you or tell you have a nice day no matter how much of a nice person or good mood you are in just window always slammed in your face. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been parked for a $5 meal deal and completely forgotten about which is extremely difficult for someone with multiple young children and no store number to call. There isn’t a SINGLE time my order is correct. I now have to drive far out of the way from my house just to have not terrible experience and today I was reminded of just how horrible this McDonald’s is. May 18- once again, no sauce. Not a SINGLE time my simple $5 meal deal order is correct. Not like they read it on a screen in front of their face. The laziness is despicable. What a joke, even for McDonald’s. If only there was a number to the store or a manager that wasn’t rude or spoke English.

  I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and got a flat burnt burger. Like someone smashed it far from a quarter pounder. And now that i'm eating my dessert, my apple pie is burnt and falling apart, and it's supposed to be a guava.And cheese come on brown, it's mcdonald's, it's horrible. O and the soda that I got in the first place was flat

  If I could give a zero star, I would my fiancé just went through the drive-through on his motorcycle to which the lady named Olivia, Who works there In the drive-through started harassing my boyfriend about how nice his bike was and where he got it and if she could get his phone number after multiple times of him telling her that he wasn’t interested it got so bad to the point where he had to tell her that he was on the phone with his fiancé which he was, and she still wouldn’t leave him alone at that point made him very uncomfortable and me very uncomfortable which really sucks because he works down the road from there this behavior is gross and unacceptable. I called the store and they put the girl on the phone and she was disrespectful so over it.

  I ordered through an app around 4am, but 3 different drivers got turned away until one last driver at 5 told me they changed over to breakfast and can't make my order now. How are you gonna take so long to make the order your menue changes. Sounds like they just didn't want to make my order and purposely put it off till they had an excuse to not make it anymore. Either you need to fix the availability windows, or grow a spine and cancel the order yourself, don't tell the driver to beg me to cancel.
