  First visit to FL in decades, so I decided to seek some authentic regional cuisine. I Googled "southern food cape coral" and Hart + Soul popped up. Prominently. First item on the menu: Shrimp and grits. I was sold. The dish arrived promptly and exceeded my expectations. Like Italian polenta -- but better. More savoury. Plus heat. ... If you're looking for a legit southern experience -- replete with hospitality -- look no further than Hart + Soul.

  I had the corn beef hash and side of grits. It truly is a comfort breakfast for me and it was perfect. Food brings back such fond memories sometimes. Food should be an experience and this was a perfect way to start a day that I woke up missing mom.

  This place is such a hidden gem. I absolutely love the atmosphere. Wonderful staff. Great menu choices. All of that alone would keep me coming back. The star of the show ✨️ The food. The food is phenomenal. I actually crave Hart and Soul cafe

  found this gem in Cape Coral. Such a great breakfast place. Food & coffees were delicious and atmosphere was great. Very attentive. Definitely going back!
