Spencer helped me and my family out after we got into a car accident, the order was late to pick up from a online order and he made sure after everything was done that we got taken care of later that day. Special thank you to Spencer and the rest of the staff

I had a terrible experience at this location. I was picking up orders for two different customers and they refused to sell me a simple order of fries for my 3.5 yr old daughter, claiming it would delay the delivery. Meanwhile, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to finish the food, which was already late. During that time I was stuck waiting, they could have easily served me a french fry. Their only responsibility is to have the order ready for pickup by the time the app says. Once I pick up the food, I am an independent contractor; if the food is late because of my choices, that reflects on my personal rating and is none of their business. To be clear, me ordering a simple french fry while waiting for them to finish my customers orders would not make me late, I do this for my daughter every time she comes to work with Daddy! To top it off, they actually forgot the two milkshakes belonging to one of the orders and tried to send me out the door without them. Had I not caught their mistake, I would have arrived at the customer's house missing half their order. Very unprofessional and zero sense of how the delivery process actually works. If you are actually worried about me getting my clients their food on time then how about having the food ready for pick up by the time the app says the food should be ready for pick up so I don't have to click "whats going on?" And then click "order still being prepared upon arrival"? Sounds more like either someone was being lazy or a control freak. I should also state that I have a 100% on time rating and a perfect 5 star customer rating with 3 above and beyond badges. I also really want to reiterate that I am an independent contractor and once I pick up my clients order, delivery time is none of your business. I promised my daughter french fries from 5 guys. You made me break that promise to my daughter. She is a kid, she doesn't understand why she couldn't have fries and you made her very upset. This is unacceptable and I don't understand why she couldn't have fries either. That's ok, I clocked a break and gave my money to a different establishment and will never spend a dime at this location from here on out, nor will any of my family. Thanks so much... EDIT/UPDATE: Upon further research, I confirmed there is absolutely NO corporate policy—with Five Guys or DoorDash—that forbids a driver from making a personal purchase while waiting for an order. The staff simply fabricated a 'policy' to be difficult. It is incredibly ironic that they claimed to be worried about my delivery time while they were the ones who kept me waiting nearly 10 minutes past the pickup time for a late, incomplete order. I will be following up with your corporate office this week.

I love five guys I always have and you can’t beat the freshness of the food. However, the price is so high it keeps me away from coming more. Like for real, you can go to a sitdown restaurant and have a meal cheaper than coming to five guys. That part really sucks, but the food is delicious and you can’t beat the freshness.
