  First visit was solid drink was good enough to bring me back. Second visit was a different story. Got the wrong drink, waited way too long, and the communication from the staff was rough. Disappointing follow-up to what started as a good first impression.

  I’ve visited the one in Tampa before and it was a pleasant surprise. Was so happy to find out that two locations opened up nearby. This location has been my favorite, the atmosphere is so friendly, especially being able to chat with Andrew at night! Other places you go late at night and you feel like such a hassle, but he definitely makes you feel welcomed!

  My husband and I are in a long distance relationship. He is in Colorado and I am here in Florida. During our courtship, we would, of course, bounce back and forth and while in Colorado I was introduced to Dutchies. It became the drink that was in the cup holder when he picked me up from the airport. I annoy Starbucks barista by asking for “soft top” on drinks. I was so excited when they opened one here in the Cape and although absolutely wonderful…it didn’t have that Dutchies feel. The bro-rista weren’t bro enough. It didn’t feel like Dutchies yet. Until today. Today I put down my soul dog. With my husband still packing up and moving down, I did this alone. I wanted to call my husband but instead decided it would be rude to call him at 5AM his time to tell him our dog died. So instead I settled for the best replacement for my husband…a dulce de leche chai. I pulled in and the brorista outside cheerfully took my order, commented on the weather, and suggested a peach/pomegranate tea (one of his favorites). I order the chai (and the tea for later) and got to most dreaded questions: Do you have the app? I laughed and told him “I know I know” and he explained it really was a good app…you get free drinks!! As I laughed he zipped away on the tablet and explained that I had to get the app but that he was still giving me a free drink. “I want you to have a good day ok” was his explanation for the free drink. I laughed and then suddenly that laughter turned into tears. I explained my sudden flip of emotion to a sympathetic brorista who listened kindly and said it was meant to be. When I pulled up the pretty brorista in the window asked if she could give me a hug and said I would love that but what about the windows? Before I could even finish I hear a door open and she has her arms around me. 10/10 hug So…thank you team for brightening one of my worst days. This felt like a Dutchies to me.

  I’ve been multiple times but today my experience was beyond amazing! I had the great privilege of having Ivette take my order in drive thru and she was an absolute pleasure! Very knowledgeable on the menu, friendly, smiley, she just made my experience even better! She deserves a shout out! Thank you Ivette for being amazing!

  I had a great experience at the Dutch Bros in Cape Coral today. I ordered as I was entering the drive-through using the mobile app, and despite a very long and busy line, the staff handled everything with impressive efficiency and professionalism. It was clear they were working incredibly hard to keep things moving smoothly, and I truly hope they’re given the breaks they deserve, especially considering how demanding it must be to work in the Florida heat. Even with the rush, all of our drinks were made fresh on the spot and tasted excellent. The team delivered outstanding service, and I left very pleased with my visit. Thank you to the hardworking staff for making it such a positive experience.
