    I went there for the first time by myself and my experience was 1000 outa 10!!!! Customer service is immaculate and they have the best coffee! And I am a coffee snob.... I would come here everyday but it is far from where I live and where I work.

    I have been coming to Dutch Bros Cape Coral consistently since they’re opening day and I am totally hooked. I always get a large, iced SF rebel to start my day (sometimes a sour shot, depending if I’m feeling a little wild or not) hehe. The staff here is truly one of a kind! The vibes are immaculate, 11/10 Every time I leave Dutch Bros, I leave with a smile on my face :) To Mely, Schneider and all of the other beautiful faces working the line and behind the window (I wish I knew all of your names) Thank you so much for Being you and helping me start my days off right! It’s exactly what I need Signed, tired busy Mama PS please please add more SF syrup options :”)

    I really don't understand what's so good about this place. I've gone here three times already. The first time was to get a regular coffee and it was horrible the second time was to get some type of freezer drink and it tasted like frozen chocolate milk and it was absolutely horrible. And then I figured I would try the black iced tea. And I have to say it was like drinking a glass of water with Splenda absolutely horrible you could almost see completely through it just horrible I give up on this place. Your best bet Dr another three blocks North and go to Starbucks or go the other way South about a half a mile and go to dunkin'

    I came in this morning through the drive thru and I was helped by Schneider and he was so nice and helpful and took our order very nicely and answered all of my questions even though there was a little line . I did not really know how to apply an award when i was making a purchase and he helped me FABULOUSLY. I will be here again!

    Was a first time customer there today! Went in the morning & told the girl when we were ordering that I was stuck between two drinks. She then made me a drink that was basically the two combined and said that it was her favorite drink! She told me if I didn’t like it she would remake it for me & told me I couldn’t leave until I liked my drink! Literally have never had better service at a coffee place before. She was the sweetest person ever & I so wish I would’ve gotten her name so she could get the full recognition she deserves! Oh, and the coffee she recommended was hands down probably the best coffee I’ve ever had! We definitely will be back!
