  This is my favorite Dunkin I go to. Everyone here is super nice the manger is so helpful and really friendly he makes smile everytime I go. The food is always fresh and hot. They make sure it’s always clean inside. Go to this Dunkin!!

  Me gustó mucho el lugar,la atención exelente un ambiente amigable se disfruta el café y el dulce ,de la limpieza y muy importante cuando sales del local se tiene la sensación de recibir una terapia emocional,entre con la premura que se vive pero al salir ves las cosas distintas ésa fue la sensación que recibí,recomiendo el lugar ampliamente y sobre todo lo que vayan a consumir no lo hagan dentro de su auto prueben y veran lo distinto que se sentirán.

  Its usually very crowded but they still get the job done! The staff is super nice & accommodating, especially these 2 particular female women & a gentleman (maybe the manager(?) they see me just about every morning in the drive thru! I usually order some normal stuff for my mom but mine is always special order & those 3 people I mentioned already know when they see me. Around New Years I went & when I ordered I was going to keep it simple because of how busy they were & I didn't want to hold anyone up or confuse things, but much to my surprise after I said that's it, the barista looked at me & said "oh you don't want your usual of extra cream 3pumps of liquid sugar etc. so I actually did wind up being able to order my "regular" stuff.

  The lady at the drive-through with glasses and black hair is nothing but rude and bad at her job and disrespectful she got two of my drinks wrong and then didn’t wanna change It gave me attitude and not once did she smile. she put whipped cream and cinnamon on my drink, instead of cold foam no cinnamon, which is an up charge for cold foam that i did not get let’s just say I’m pissed

  Went here to get an after school snack for my son before our appointment. Only one car ahead of me and no cars behind me when we pulled up. My son wasn’t sure what he wanted so we asked for a moment to decide. 20 seconds goes by and they ask if we’re ready. I said no please hold on. 20 more seconds goes by and I’m getting the order figured out with my son when the girl interrupts again asking are we ready. We don’t go here often so we don’t have the menu memorized as some might and even so what if we wanted something different? Sheesh so I said no one more sec and she says ma’am there’s two cars behind you and we’re on a timer. Mind you we’ve only been there one minute at this point. I said I understand that but we don’t know what we want. Now I’m flustered and distracted and have to gather my order together again in my head. They don’t have the milk we wanted for our lattes so we had to choose different. Fine. Then the second milk we requested wasn’t available either. Whatever. Get to the window and the order was wrong. All because they rushed me and themselves for the sake of a timer. Note to Dunkin on Nicholas: if you have some patience with your customers and don’t get rude about it, your whole drive thru process will run smoother! Now you have a negative review. SMH
