I keep vowing to never go here but when I’m in a pickle and need something close by I tell myself “okay just one last chance”. Today I sat at the speaker for over 6 minutes while no one interacted on the other end. I severely hate confrontation and try to never be assertive or demanding, but after waiting 3 minutes I reluctantly said “hi!”.. nothing. Waited another two until I said “hi can I please get a ___”. Nothing again. I ended up driving around to see two waiting cars at the window (meanwhile I had a line of 5 behind me). I quickly ordered my drink on the app so at least it would help a little bit. As I did that I noticed the person behind me immediately got helped…. Whatever. So I pull up and just briefly state how that’s not my order she’s reciting, that I was sitting at the speaker and no one answered so I just ordered on the app. She asked my name, closed the window, I waited another 3 minutes. She hands me my drink, I have to ask for a straw. What is the deal with this location? Different people at the window each time I’ve been here so it’s not one employee that sucks. It’s just the whole damn place. No one ever greets you or tells you to have a good day and if they do, you’re probably missing a food item or your drink is made wrong. Never a perfect experience. I don’t feel comfortable to drink this latte as this whole interaction was just so weird, I don’t trust it.. so, $6 wasted. I’ll continue going to the local coffee shops and smaller chains. This location of Dunkin is the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s like they immediately hate you and genuinely want you to be miserable alongside them 😅.

Every time I order an iced latte or chai tea, the cup is packed with ice—even when I explicitly ask for "light ice." I’ve tried changing my wording to avoid a misunderstanding, but nothing works. Next time, I’m ordering "no ice" just to see what happens. Will they hand me a bucket of ice? I am not paying $5.00–$6.30 to drink a cup of ice water. If I wanted ice, I'd buy it from the store.
