  It's incredible how rude people can be and have a job at a place that starts people's day off. No, consideration for time or efficiency. This is what happens when you have the wrong people in management

  This location is terrible!!!! I usually have some kind of issue here and they are always arguing with someone, but it’s close to my house so I keep going, BUT TODAY, this was the final straw. I went through drive thru and no response on the speaker. I wait a bit and until a car pulls up behind me. I say hello three times until someone finally comes on and just says, yes. All the while there are now 4 other cars behind me. They open at 5 and this was at 620. I try to order, and everything I say, she cuts me off and says ok and what else. I ordered a banana daydream refresher and she puts on the screen a berry refresher. When I tell her it is the banana daydream refresher, she can’t grasp what it is, tells me ok just stop, and then explains to me what the difference between a refresher and a daydream drink is, and then says, so what do you want. She obviously does not know her menu, but even more so, needs to learn customer service, bc you do NOT speak to people like that period, especially when I am ordering a drink FROM YOUR MENU, that you clearly do not know. So let me explain to you what the drink is, and then maybe you’ll be competent enough to get it right and make it when someone else orders it. It is a banana daydream refresher. It has mango, pineapple, oat milk and banana cold foam. This location needs shut down or a clean sweep of new people.

  I can honestly say this is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The staff has a consistently terrible attitude. Even though this location is drive-thru only, they take an unreasonable amount of time, and they still manage to get the order wrong most of the time. There is little to no customer interaction — they just hand you the card reader to pay, then shove the items at you without saying a word, and in a very rude manner. I’ve been here multiple times, and it’s always the same experience. There is usually a worker with braids at the window, and no matter the day or time, he is consistently unpleasant and disrespectful. It honestly makes the entire experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the coffee tastes terrible. Overall, this place needs serious improvement in both customer service and product quality. I would not recommend coming here at all.

  I placed an order at this Dunkin' Donuts this morning for my kids; it is the best of the worst places I’ve ever visited. The service was terrible—we ordered avocado toast, but the bread wasn't actually toasted, and the iced protein drinks were just colored water. Good grief—and they handed me all the food directly into my hands, with no bags or anything.
