I actually went inside (not the drive thru) and asked for a half dozen donuts. 3 chocolate iced and 3 jelly filled. I also told the server I wanted the yeast donuts and not the cake donuts. He said "I don't know what that is... I don't think we have them". Really?!?! you work at at donut shop and don't know a yeast vs a cake donut? I had to point them out in the display case. I got home and served them to my family for a snack after dinner and all 6 of those damn donut were as hard as a rock. Shame on Dunkin' for not educating your staff on yeast vs cake donuts and shame on you for not pulling aged, hard donuts and then selling them. I will never step foot in this Dunkin' ever again. Big disappointment! BIG!!!
