- JLJessica LernerSep 30, 20261.0This Dunkin’ location was extremely disappointing. We witnessed the manager screaming at an employee at the top of his lungs in front of everyone in the store. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. We also placed a mobile order and had confirmation, but when we arrived, we were told they had never received it. Our food wasn’t ready, and we were on a tight schedule. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of accountability or effort to resolve the issue. Between the way the manager treated his employee and the poor customer service, I would not recommend this location.

And the lady at the window is extremely rude trying to rush you out the window asap. And flips out about customers!! Its extremely unprofessional and rude! The manager is a sweetheart but thats the only positive at this location!
