- BWBeth WilsonJul 20, 20261.0I have been going to this dunkin for years. About a year ago they changed their entire staff and manager to include. I used to be able to pull up and order with no problem. Almost the entire staff knew me and my order (i would even go late afternoon at times). Coffee was always on point and very consistent. I loved it! Now, its a complete joke. I ordered a drink off the menu, "I dont have a button for that so I cant make it"... so I revised the order into a break down with exactly how its listed on the menu (I ordered the same drink the 2 days prior) it was made. I tried it and it was not what I ordered so they took it to "remake" it and handed me the same drink back. Still disgusting. (Yes I paid ) the attitude from all staff was horrible. I want the old staff back. Save yourself a headache and go to the one on Nicholas and pine island, or if youre leaving cape, its 100% worth the stop at the small dunking right over the midpoint bridge by the big McDonald's! That staff is amazing and coffee is 100% always on point!

She always has a bright smile, and she's working with a positive and determined attitude. She never fails on my orders, and she rings me up very quickly. I always come back and hope she's the one serving me, because it makes my day to see youth in the catering industry being hard workers. Aside from that, I often hear the other workers joking and fooling around in the back. Kids will be kids I reckon. Don't come to this Dunkin just to see her because that's stalker behavior! Lol 😂 Just know that if you come to this Dunkin, you're likely to be blessed with a positive energy and atmosphere. Thanks so much!
