I ordered a medium blizzard with Cinnamon Toast Crunch dip, which I’ve order two other times with no issues. When I got to the window, the younger girl handed me a medium Cinnamon Toast Crunch dipped cone, I said that wasn’t what I ordered. She said well it’s not a blizzard with dip, I explained I have had it twice. She then stated do you want me to dump this cone in a cup and mix it up? I said well that isn’t a blizzard, she rudely said you can’t get a dip blizzard, again, I have had it twice. I read a lot of the reviews and it seems customer service is lacking. I didn’t ask for something that’s never been done before.
