  The food was actually good, which makes the rest of the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the service and cleanliness were nowhere near the same standard. It was extremely difficult to understand the staff, and their mannerisms came across as rude, unfriendly, and almost hateful. There was very little sense of hospitality or making customers feel welcome. The dining area also needed serious attention. There were fruit flies throughout the area, dirty tables, and spills left on the floor. The overall atmosphere felt unclean and poorly maintained. The food may have been good, but good food does not make up for poor customer service and an unclean dining environment. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because the restaurant has potential, but the service and cleanliness need significant improvement. As all bad reviews get the same generic remark to email them, shows they have ZERO actual human interaction and take no reviews seriously.

  According to the ceo of the company I can have more of a serving that I want. I asked for more meat and they through two tiny scoops and said extra. Thats not double meat that's a rip off.

  WHY CANT YOU BE CONSISTENT???? Nice employees. Pretty clean restaurant. I have tried each chipotle around me. This location usually does well but tonight marks the 2nd time, via delivery, I have received a rice & bean burrito with a gross amount of sour cream and nothing else. Usually I visit the location to ensure my order is right but girlfriend is using my car while hers is in the shop. This was a simple order. Chicken+brown rice+ black bean+ corn salsa + sour cream. It almost feels intentional with the immense glob of sour cream I got. My order isn't even annoying so I really don't know who I offended!? I have tried Moes and other chains like the place with the number 3 in it that I cannot look up because im writing this review. None can match whatever the heck Chipotles secret recipe is or id stop spending my money on this company. Its just a nice reward every 2 weeks to have a burrito from Chipotle with a Mexican coke and some chips and quac.

  Inside is clean. Staff is somewhat friendly. The staff personnel that was behind the counter today however. RUDE and did not pay attention to an ALLERGY. I have a cilantro allergy but I love chipotle. I always ask for plain white rice, but this time the man behind the counter….. Took the SAME serving spoon that had cilantro on it, and used it for the plain white rice. I’m not one to complain but when it comes to the safety of myself because of my allergy…. I am appalled. Not only did he not take that into consideration, but he went forward with it anyhow. I asked him to redo it and he gave me attitude and didn’t. I ended up throwing it away. I am 100% displeased with this service.
