  All the tables were dirty. Food was great though. One of the girl workers was just standing around. I wanted to ask them for a wash rag to clean the tables myself but my husband wouldn't let me.

  No Chipotle location has ever failed me in such a way that this one has and I say that having been to well over a dozen across Florida. Every single step of the way, in every way imaginable, was there an issue, which is surprising because the last time I came, there were close to no problems. Not sure if they just had an entire staff turnover or what, but I am incredibly disappointed. I placed a mobile order, came to pick it up, but decided to use the bathroom first. It was dirty, as if nobody had cleaned it in what has to be at least a week. The girl at the front was very lackadaisical, leaning ON the cutting board (ew), doing nothing. After asking for my order, I was given a careless, silent handoff. Getting home and unpacking it, I see there is lettuce spilling out of the sides and opening it, I can clearly see I did not get extra of ANYTHING I asked or paid for. Smaller portions have been a consistent issue across multiple Chipotles, but wow was this especially egregious. Quality of the food was far from the standard I have come to expect to say the bare minimum. Haphazardly chopped large, unsightly, and soggy pieces of vegetable, with seeds and root still intact, watery guacamole, large tasteless and chewy pieces of meat, topped with puddles of bean broth. Paying $20+ for a conglomeration of odd bits and ends left me feeling completely robbed. Would definitely not return.

  Customer service was TERRIBLE. When I was telling the lady what I wanted on my bowl she was giving an attitude and was being so rude. Not only was the customer service terrible, me and my friends were the only people in the restraunt other than one other person, so decided to dine in and talk. Instead of nicely asking us to quiet down they turned up the music all the way up to block the sound of us talking out. After we continue talking, they proceeded to come over and ask us to be quiet when we weren’t even loud. Will not be returning to this chipotle.

  Please address the issue of flies inside your restaurant. It is out of control. They are all over the food.

  My bowl I get every time I go there is always delicious and full of flavor, however today I got the same bowl I usually get and it had a huge piece of the avocado shell in it. I didn’t catch it at first because I always mix everything together so I bit it, and it was just not a great experience. I really love chipotle and I’m sure this was just a rushed mistake as this is the first time it’s happened to me. Everything else was great, atmosphere was and is always very clean!
