  Went for dinner as i typically do because my husband really enjoys the place but it seems like the more we go the more im discussed. Service was great she was sweet as can be but as soon as we sat down my husband pointed out ants on the table (not the first time) and the amount of fruit fly’s was crazy we sat kinda close to the bar so it makes me question the cleanliness of the bar. Once the food was delivered my husband found a hair in his food. We didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to come off as a Karen not that I could have because a manger was no where to be found… come to think about it their never is a manger to be found :/ carpets need to be cleaned as well as soon as you walk in it smells like B.O

  Took the family out for the bottomless appetizers and wings; everything was so amazing! Chantal was our server and she was so fantastic from the moment we sat down till we were walking out the door. Everything came out hot and fresh! Can't wait to go back!! The kids had so much fun!

  Food is fantastic. Service is usually slow, super slow, even when its dead. I order from here a lot, take out generally. Food is almost never ready on time lol. I'm not trippen when its for me but when I'm working doordash and the order is supposed to be ready by 5pm and y'all make me wait until 5:20-5:30 pm, y'all end up making it to where I make less than minimum wage for that hour. Waiting an extra 20-30 minutes for an order costs me time and money. Depending on the orders, I can pick up and deliver 2-3 orders in 30 minutes time. On top of it costing me money, it also pisses customers off and since I'm the middle man, I'm usually the one who gets an ear full, gets no tip or even a bad review. I love this place and how slow it is is my only complaint. If y'all get noticeably better with this issue I will gladly change this to 5 star. I'm in there multiple times a week usually at the end of my shift. I try not to accept doordash orders from here because of rhe reasons I stated. If the tip is really high, thats the only time I take em lol. Otherwise I just go here for my own late night wing run. Staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. Maybe a little overpriced but thats a franchise issue, not an issue that reflects on this location.

  Worst music I've ever heard at a "sports bar." Literally girly Brittany Spears songs ALL DAY. Customer service sucks. There is a few good servers, but I've had terrible experiences. Terrible management. Came in 1 time with ppl, & got called "RUDE" for not calling ahead..??? The manager was just as rude. Sad, could be such a cool place. I feel bad for the owner. No wonder it's usually dead.
