    We ordered from Uber Eats and the whole order was wrong. I called and they confirmed I ordered what I wanted, but it was sent incorrectly but then said to call uber for a refund. Uber wants photos, but I didn’t eat it so I threw it out. This was BWW problem not uber. We have not eaten here in a long time but I really wanted it today and this was a huge disappointment.

    My mom her friend and I went in to watch the raiders game, as soon as we walked in we ordered drinks the server caught an attitude seemingly overwhelmed and dismissive already. My mom ordered a shot and a beer, was then told she was not able to get either at the same time. My friend ordered hennessy and we were told they didn’t carry it when clearly seeing it at the bar. We got water with lemon, the lemon did not come with it i asked again for it and she never came back. I ordered food and asked it to be fried hard she never put it in and just ignored my comment. When asked to speak to a manager she scoffed and said sure condescendingly. Mind you we were the ONLY people of color in the entire bar. If the grounds of your restaurant are to be prejudice and discriminating you definitely exceeded expectations. I will never come here again and i suggest no one with any ethnicity attends either.

    Service is just terrible. After 40 mins of waiting, the bartender came back and asked us IF we put food in. Like. Yes, with you, a long time ago. He comes back with ice cold wings. We tried to flag a manager, who is more interested in watching the TVs than helping to run food or assist his bartender who says "people just keep ordering drinks haha".. yes. We walked out. 3 groups in the whole restaurant and we cant have an easy order done. A laydown, fumbled. We liked this place because its always empty, and time and time again they prove why. Sales down? Check with the clown at the bar.

    Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money. I went here with my family last night and we will never go back. They were not even close to busy, we waited over 30 minutes for our food, so you'd expect hot and fresh. That was no where close to what we received. I got the bacon patty melt, what a joke, I would be surprised if it had a whole slice of cheese on it. The patties were so dry I almost choked and no warmth to it at all. Husband got the Philly steak sandwich, the slices of cheese on that looked dry and old, not even melted, looked like it sat out all day, and again not even warm. 2 older kids got the ultimate sampler and again, fried pickles wet and soggy and cold as well as the rest of their food. The only thing that had heat to it was my youngest food boneless wings kids meal. When we finally got the waiter back over there, he asked how everything was and we told him how awful it was and wasn't even warm. All he could say is he grabbed it as soon as it came up, so I told him if that is the case then its been just sitting in the kitchen somewhere cause there was no warmth to it. He then just proceeded to walk off, no sorry or anything. So we just paid and left, will not be going back. We should of got up and left after the 1st bite but we didn't, but we will make sure not to make that mistake again. So, be warned, food is trash and service is about the same. We have been 1 other time recently and even though it was not the greatest of service, at least the food was hot, but this time did it for us. We won't be going back to this location and will tell anyone we know, not to waste their money here neither.
