Walked in to pick up my online order and said hi to the girl working there, she just gave me the death stare. Then when I get home with my food I it’s three of the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen for $12.99. was supposed to send a gift card to comp an order that was messed up last time and It never came. Last time going to this location.

We stop by maybe a couple times a month. We sit at the bar, Bella always remembers us. She carries on with a conversation that keeps us coming back. She's very professional and always has our drinks full. We love her!! Give that girl a raise! And no we're not related. 😁

It's a Buffalo Wild Wings. How be it a modern and clean one. Been eating at BW3 for some 20yrs. As with anything it's familiar and hits the spot. However in the last 2-5 yrs since they really refreshed the menus things have gotten interesting. I love their pretzel knots with beer cheese. As of today I am a fan of their buffalo chicken dip. Believe it or not this was the first day I made it in at Happy Hour. 3-6pm. Funny how no one was willing to acknowledge that it was happy hour but so I am glad I mentioned it. In addition my Birthday Celebration continues in the Month of July with 6 free wings, which equals a $11 savings today. Honestly I will always eat at Buffalo Wild Wings because of the now 20yrs of memories and good vibes.

Called before I showed up to ask if the Argentina/Switzerland game would be on, was told on the phone the game would be on. Get there and ask the hostess again if the game will be on. Once again told yes the game will be on. Got there an hour before the game started, they had the UFC fights on 2 TVs in front of us, sat around had some drinks and food waiting for the game to start. 9 PM comes around and I ask the waitress to turn the game on. She says “yeah no problem” at this point it was getting pretty busy so around 7-8 minutes go by and the game still isn’t on. Flagged her down and ask again if she could turn the game on, she apologized and went to swap it over. Another 10ish minutes goes by, game hasn’t come on, and I haven’t seen the waitress. She swings by the table and mentions that the manager isn’t willing to change the channel because people are watching the fight. 2 TVs directly in front of me with the fight on. Like 6-7 feet in front of the booth we are in up on the wall. We are still multiple prelim fights away from getting to the main cards. So about 20 more minutes goes by, the game goes to halftime and I’m watching on my cellphone at the table at this point because the nearest visible TV from where I am with the game on is 35+ feet away. So I asked the waitress again if there is any way to have the game turned on. She says she’ll ask the manager. She leaves and comes back a few minutes later. “My manager says he isn’t turning the game on because people want to see the fight”. So I ask for the manager to come over so I can ask. Manager comes over, I ask if he can turn the game on for me and he says that he isn’t able to put it on either of the 2 TVs directly in front of us because there have been “a lot of request for the fight” so I mention the fact that I was told multiple times by multiple different people that I could watch the game and it would be no issue at all, and explain that it shouldn’t be an issue since there are 2 TVs right next to each other in front of me with the fight on. So the manager says “well I could have people watching that TV that can’t see the other TV, I can put the game on the TV over there” and point to the TV that’s at right around a 60 degree viewing angle from where we are sitting ;the 2 TVs in front of us are literally touching end to end on the wall almost they’re so close together. So at that point I cut my loses rather than arguing with a clown over something I can go home and watch and then switch over to watch the main cards for the fight. Paid for mid food and sat there for 2 hours; longer than anyone else who was in our section at the time, to be told that we can’t watch what I was told would be on anyway 2 hours earlier. The worse part being that the managers argument for not changing the channel was the exact thing I was complaining about. A CUSTOMER not being able to see something on the TV. Don’t have to worry about me being a customer anymore though so no worries. Can’t wait to share the experience with all my customers. 👍

We drove 1 hour away and was told that there was only one cook and we might have to wait a while for our food to be cooked. We told them we are happy to wait because we drove so far to get there. The person greeting us didnt seem too happy about us waiting. She walked away to go talk to another staff and never came back. There was about 4 waiters and no one came to sit us. They all stood around leaving us feeling all awkward. Good thing culvers was next door!
