- PPPaulSep 3, 20262.0I saw this location and figured, why not? I had heard good things about the chicken from other locations, so I decided to stop in and give it a try. Everything looked fresh and smelled great. Unfortunately, I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and was never told that I needed to pick up the sandwich separately. I left, drove home, and opened the box only to find a large serving of fries and no chicken sandwich. I understand that I stopped by shortly before closing and that can be a challenging time, but either the sandwich needed to be packed with my order or someone needed to clearly tell me where to pick it up. Missing the main item in a combo is a major service failure. The manager at the Cumberland location went above and beyond to make the situation right, and I truly appreciate her help. However, hearing that she might get in trouble for addressing a clear breakdown in communication was disappointing. She handled the situation professionally and should be recognized for fixing a problem she did not create. In the end, I still have no idea what the chicken actually tastes like.
