  My family and I have been doing business with this Pizza Hut location for decades. I placed an order through the app, and the pizza was taking an unusually long time to arrive. This was the first time it had ever taken this long. I called the store to ask what the hold-up was, and the young lady told me that a Dasher would be picking it up, which was strange because I didn’t place the order through DoorDash. Nevertheless, I asked if I could just cancel the order and replace it so I could send someone to pick it up instead. She then put me on hold and hung up on me. I called the store back to speak with the manager and explained what happened, only for the manager himself to act nasty toward me and lie by saying the pizza was on time when it clearly wasn’t. Even the delivery driver he sent out apologized for the long wait. She admitted there was a system outage, and the manager never even told me that. I appreciate her honesty and wish that he would admitted this. I was being very polite with this store, but one thing I cannot stand is dishonesty and a lack of accountability. As a result, my entire family will be cutting ties with this location.
