  This was a terrible experience. We visit for breakfast weekly bit this was the last time. We ordered at the kiosk because there are never any cashiers waiting to take your order. There's never any receipt paper in the first kiosk so you can know your order #. You have to see it quickly after completing your order. The manager and other staff were so overwhelmed with online orders that those inside suffered a great wait time. One man came in, ordered, expected it fairly quickly but I told him how long we'd been waiting. He waited a little longer then asked for a refund. Rather than refund his order the manager went and grabbed his food right away. My husband interjected and said hold on, I"ve been waiting almost 30 minutes for my order. She then went and made our food. It's sad that there's more emphasis these days placed on the online business Rather than the walk in business. COVID set a precedent in that restaurants don't really like having the dine in business back and it shows.

  I'm giving this a 4 ONLY because of Ashley!! If she is there, i am able to get my order placed and recieved so quickly! She's so upbeat and hardworking! I always do drive through since i pick it up on my way to work. Came in last week and she wasn't working.... i sat at the speaker for a few minutes waiting to place my order and then finally pulled up to first window when i couldn't get anyone to answer. Window was dark and computer with screen saver going. Gave it a minute there and then pulled up to second windows where lights where on. Tried looking around inside and couldn't see ANYONE! Finally had to leave so i wouldn't be late for work! Came again the next morning and luckily Ashley was there. She got me in and out with her usual speed and a smile! Always gives me a great start to the work day to have her help me!

  Order 1980 on 4/16/26 If someone has been sitting in the mobile pickup for 15 minutes waiting . You have a mysterious order that doesn’t specify what parking spot ( only car out here ) maybe send someone out to see if perhaps that order belongs to them ? I entered my number and it said someone was bringing it . But why leave me sitting for 15 minutes for one drink ? If the drink is already made … find who it belongs to ? Don’t make the customer track down what they paid for .
