Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- EFEvelyn Flores3 days ago5.0Since we first saw Whataburger about 2 months ago on our getaway to Panama City, FL, I told my husband I wanted to try it. Am I glad we did. The people inside were very friendly, courteous, and helpful in making our food choices. We've gone there three times so far because we don't live there and each time we always have a great experience and great customer service. The food is awesome, too. I told my husband we have to make sure we go eat there while we're there for the weekend.

The staff was friendly and service was quick , even with eight people ordering, all of us received our food to our table within five minutes. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and everything about the visit was pleasant. Definitely one of the better fast-food experiences we've had while traveling through the area. Would gladly stop here again!

- LKLilya KurdiAug 15, 20262.0The only reason im giving it 2 stars and not a 1 because Stephanie at the register was very nice and sweet we like to see more people like her , they forgot to get my husband his chicken sandwich the manager told the younger employee to throw away the old chicken and cook fresh another elder employee in the kitchen yelled at him that he was supposed to throw it back in the fryer...why would you refry an old chicken to serve !!! thats when ur quality is garbage and you lose costumers .
